The style of the existing hearts tattoo no longer felt right to Delia, but it held great meaning for her. She also wanted to add some flowers to her forearm. My suggestion was to cover the old hearts and create a new set of hearts in a more fine line and delicate style. We are very pleased with how this cover-up piece turned out!

I was on TV! I had the incredible opportunity to be interviewed by Jamie Yuccas for CBS/KCAL News, and my story was aired on the morning news. It was such an honor and I am feeling incredibly grateful for this amazing opportunity.
 As an immigrant who has faced challenges in finding my place and making a life as a traditional artist in the US (and in the modern world), having my story featured on a news program is a huge milestone for me. I must admit, I was feeling quite shy and nervous during the interview (you can tell by looking at my face in the video!), but this morning when my family and I woke up to watch my story on TV, I know I should be proud of myself and this journey.
 I feel blessed to be able to do what I love and to connect with so many beautiful souls out there. I hope that my work brings joy to others and adds color to their lives.
