Originally from Taiwan, Vickie pursued a Bachelor's degree in Illustration in San Francisco, California, where she immersed herself in the dynamic artistic community of the SF Bay Area, laying the foundation for her artistic journey. While exploring her passion for art, Vickie discovered a deep love for tattooing in Los Angeles.
